About

Who I Am

Meet Michelle

When I’m not helping you break the rules that make organizing work for you, I’m in the mountains. My husband, John, and I have been married for 26 years, and along with our two dogs, we love hiking, camping, hunting, fishing and exploring in our side x side.

We’ve raised three awesome kids who will have all recently graduated from college and are adulting well [I would literally be doing backflips if I could]. I’m proud to say my husband and I survived raising kids – and we still really like each other! ❤️

Empty nesters = crazy dog parents. We have a Basset Hound, Mabel Lue, and a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Charlie Brown. Yep, we’ve got a sinker and a swimmer.

I’m also a proud grandmother to eight grand-chickens and two grand-dogs. I have a lot of joy in my life, and I’d love to share some of that with you. Serving others is what I love to do, and I’ve been lucky enough to have experienced quite a few peaks and valleys in life – and learned from them all. I think that’s what helps me connect with people so easily. Organizing isn’t always just about “stuff” – it’s about emotions, memories, and sometimes, really tough transitions.

I know this firsthand. When my grandmother moved in with my family, I experienced all the challenges that come with a major life change – along with the blessings. That experience deepened my understanding of what it takes to create a home that truly works for the people living in it.

I have a special place in my heart for seniors. I absolutely love working with them and feel an extra connection to their stories, their wisdom, and the unique challenges they face when it comes to organizing, downsizing, and transitioning. Whether it’s helping someone simplify their space, move to a new home, or just create more ease in their daily life, I approach every project with patience, compassion, and respect.

I value trust, honesty, privacy, integrity, and effort – things that I bring to every client relationship. I became a professional organizer not just because I love organizing (which I do!), but because I see how often people struggle with clutter, overwhelm, and feeling stuck in their own homes. I believe your home should support the life you want to live, not hold you back.

When I say I love people, I truly mean it. I grew up watching my grandfather help others every single day – not because he had to, but because he wanted to. That left a lasting impact on me. Serving others is what I love to do, and organizing gives me a way to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Why work with me? Because I care. Because I know this process can feel hard, and I’ll be there to support you through it. Because I want you to experience the same sense of peace and joy that I get from an organized space. And because you don’t have to do this alone – I’d love to help.
